2. The purpose and legal basis for personal data processing The personal data is processed only for special purposes:

  • a) concluding and implementing the contract for the provision of hotel services.
  • b) pursuing possible claims by the hotel in connection with the damage incurred by the hotel and caused by guest, or defending against the guest's claims in relation to the hotel.
  • c) for marketing purposes

3. The length of personal data storage

  • a) data obtained in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of hotel and/or catering services will be processed as long they will be necessary for the purposes of their collecting or during the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims of the hotel or guest, depending on which of these events will take place later,
  • b) data obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes will be processed during the period of validity of consent for marketing purposes. After these terms expire, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

4. The hotel provides personal data to the following categories of entities:

  • a) the employers of the Hotel
  • b) state authorities and services such as the Police, Internal Security Agency or tax authorities, authorized under the relevant provisions to obtain personal data, provided that they have appropriate legal grounds to request personal data. The Hotel does not intend to transfer personal data outside Poland/ EU/EEA

5. The rights of the person whose personal data relates to.

Each guest as a natural person has the right to access personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing. In addition, each guest has the right to object to the processing. Access to data is possible at the hotel's headquarters.

6. The right to complain about personal data processing

Each guest has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

7. Requirement to provide personal data

Providing personal data in terms of

  • a) name, surname, address, country and e-mail address ( in case of online reservations) and phone number and age of a
  • child (if staying in the Hotel with a child) is the requirement to conclude a contract for hotel services.
  • b) name, surname, address, country and e-mail address ( in case of online reservations) and phone number and age of a child (if staying in the Hotel with a child) is the requirement to conclude a contract for catering services. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the Hotel from concluding a contract for the provision of hotel and / or catering services.

8. Automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.

The hotel does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including does not make profiling.
